30 Day Challenge
Join the growing community of yogis
Simply complete 30 hot yoga classes in 30 days and experience benefits that you may never have enjoyed before.
Let’s face it, while there are times we may have to practise in a cooler setting, no ‘hot yoga’ class would be quite the same without that beautiful heat! We enjoy a state-of-the art heating system that creates a carefully controlled climate, ranging in temperature from 35-42 degrees depending on the type of yoga class. Our system also ensures a constant flow of fresh, filtered air to open up your breathing to wonderful highs.
Studies have shown that heat can be highly synergistic with exercise, allowing the body to operate more optimally, ensuring you’re getting the most return out of your exercise routine. While conventional wisdom states that a typical Bikram yoga class can result in a 1000 calorie burn or more, 1400 calories in a single session is not unheard of. This is perhaps why so many Bikram yoga practitioners say they can often begin to feel and see the results within their first few hot yoga classes! The heat brings significant benefits, allowing for more effective muscle relaxation and blood circulation enabling deeper, more fluid stretching and minimising risk of injury.
Three times a year, on the 1st – 15th of every FEBRUARY, JUNE, and OCTOBER, yogis of all levels sign up to undertake an experience unlike any other, in which they sweat through 30 amazing classes of hot yoga in 30 days. This event is known in London as the BYL 30 DAY CHALLENGE!
Practise 30 straight days at our yoga studio. It’s that simple. You can take any classes on our schedule, such as the original Bikram Yoga (90/60), Warm Jivamukti, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Hot Power Flow, Bikram Yoga Candlelit and even BYL Music Beats Express. If you miss a day of your Challenge, not to worry, just make it up with a double anytime within the 30 days – you can do that up to to 3 times in total during your Challenge.
- Select a start date between 1-15 OCTOBER
- Upon completion, receive a £25 BYL voucher towards any studio purchases or packages, or 10% off any non-subscription packages.
These can include improved toning, better health to joints, stress reduction, weight loss and a wonderful overall sense of well being. Whatever your age, ability, or level of fitness, the BYL 30 Day Challenge is a powerful, beautiful journey for mind, body and soul.
- Lose weight, tone up and get stronger
