Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, the BYL 30 Day Challenge will help you to feel energized, alert, healthy, strong and focused. Simply complete 30 hot yoga classes in 30 days and experience benefits that you may never have enjoyed before.
Bikram Yoga London hosts the 30 Day Challenge three times each year! The aim of this Challenge is to complete 30 classes in 30 days, and experience the positive mental and physical changes of a consistent yoga practice. Challenge yourself to complete the 30 classes in 30 days. That’s it. Pure and simple. The BYL Challenge, which is a must-have on everyone’s ‘Bucket List’, is a an incredible accomplishment and potentially life-changing commitment to your health and wellness. A daily practice can bring amazing physical, mental and physiological benefits, as you burn 800-1400+ calories per class!
Three times a year, on the 1st – 15th of every FEBRUARY, JUNE, and OCTOBER, yogis of all levels sign up to undertake an experience unlike any other, in which they sweat through 30 amazing classes of hot yoga in 30 days. This event is known in London as the BYL 30 DAY CHALLENGE!
Practise 30 straight days at our yoga studio. It’s that simple. You can take any classes on our schedule, such as the original Bikram Yoga (90/60), Warm Jivamukti, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Hot Power Flow, Bikram Yoga Candlelit and even BYL Music Beats Express. If you miss a day of your Challenge, not to worry, just make it up with a double anytime within the 30 days – you can do that up to to 3 times in total during your Challenge.
- Select a start date between 1-15 FEBRUARY, 1-15 JUNE, or 1-15 OCTOBER
- Upon completion, receive a branded “I DID IT” BYL T-shirt and a £25 BYL voucher towards any studio purchases or packages, or for anyone who is not on a current membership, receive 10% off any non-subscription packages*
* Limit one voucher or discount per person in any 12 month period.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To sign up, simply email our studio and provide the following:
- use the subject line “Sign me up to the 30 Day Challenge”
- include your name, your contact number, and your preferred February, June or October challenge start date.
Usually during the first week of the Challenge, we put up the Challenge board, where you’ll see your name. Each time you attend a class, simply enter the date of the class. Remember, you can do up to 3 doubles, so if you’re good, you could actually complete your Challenge in as few as 27 days!
We offer optional Body Tracker measurements before and after the Challenge. These include weight and dimensional measurements of the body. While results vary, many participants find that their body size can change, sometimes quite significantly, as 30 days in the hot room can be truly transformative!
NO EXTRA COST TO PARTICIPATE
There is no extra cost to participate in the Challenge, though all participants must be on a valid membership to participate in the Challenge. Many participants have one of our ongoing subscription memberships, or an Annual Upfront membership.
Others who prefer something more short term may opt for our highly popular Rolling Monthly “no-commitment” Flexi Pass, which can easily be cancelled after the first month once you complete your Challenge, or you can let it roll as long as you’d like!

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Get a Challenge “buddy” to keep you motivated throughout the 30 days! If you don’t have one, let us know and we’ll introduce you to one.
Be sure you’re getting good nutrition and hydration throughout your Challenge. You’ll burn lots of calories, so drink lots of water, eat a healthy variety of foods and avoid fad diets.
To participate in the CHALLENGE you’ll need an unlimited use package. Class packages of hot yoga such as the One Month Unlimited, 3 Month Unlimited, or Monthly Subscriptions are the cheapest ways to participate.
Each year, the 30 Day Challenge commences 1-15 FEBRUARY, 1-15 JUNE, 1-15 OCTOBER.
