Ingredients

2 Handfuls of spinach

1/4 of pineapple

1 apple

1/2 a banana

1 slice of lemon

1cm slice of ginger

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Method

Add the greens to your blender or n first, followed by the rest of the chopped ingredients. Fill half of the jug with water, add the lid and blend away. Add a half a teaspoon of Turmeric powder, black pepper or more ginger if you fancy a bit of a punch.
