Enjoy pure Bikram Yoga, all 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, as you’re immersed in candle light, bringing both Mind and Body to a new level of bliss.
This hugely popular class is still every much as challenging as the standard series, yet calming and healing. The final savasana is performed to calming music as you gently melt away. It’s a relaxing, energising way to elevate your evening and get you more than ready for the week ahead.
While not required, you may first want to try a few of our standard Bikram Yoga classes so you can get used to the sequence, as it may be more challenging to see and copy other yogis in the ambient lit environment of the Candlelit class.
We recommend booking ahead as spaces are limited for this popular class.

Why the candles?
The class will help you on the journey towards developing greater internal focus, as you rely less upon seeing yourself in the mirrors, and more on feeling your joints muscles engage through the postures. We highly recommend it, and yes, beginners are welcome too!
What is the temperature? Will it be manageable for me?
As with any activity, for most people the first class can be challenging (typically due to the heat). It typically gets easier quickly from there and very likely you’ll soon be craving the heat, particularly as your body starts to change.
We have students ranging in age from 17 to 80, so no matter what your age or level of fitness, Bikram yoga is a great way to begin. We encourage you to 'listen' to your body at all times in the yoga room, initially taking small steps as your body gradually begins to open up.
What's the calorie burn? Will I lose weight?
People often report seeing changes in their bodies after the first few classes. Clothing feels looser, and the body starts to reshape itself as it becomes stronger and leaner.
