A hot new regime imported from the US, Inferno Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class using Pilates principles. Prepare to get leaner and stronger, all without the pounding of a high impact workout. The 1-hour class, led by London’s top Inferno instructors, is designed for ALL fitness levels. Inferno Pilates Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat, all without the pounding of a high impact workout. This exciting, new 60 minute class is held at 36 degrees, cooler than our Bikram classes but warm enough to work up a serious sweat! Expect to burn 600-1000 calories in one session!
