A hot new regime imported from the US, Inferno Pilates is a challenging, low impact, full body, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class which uses Pilates principles. Prepare to get stronger and leaner without the pounding of a high impact workout. The 1-hour class, led by London’s top Inferno instructors, is designed for ALL fitness levels. Beginners are welcome!

You will notice how quickly you’ll improve within just a few short sessions! This fun yet challenging session will feel like it’s over in the blink of an eye. However, you’ll know you’ve just done something amazing for your mind and body and will soon feel muscles developing and your body toning beautifully!

Inferno Pilates Hot Pilates burns fat and strengthens muscles, all without the pounding of a high impact workout. This exciting and new 60 minute class is held at 36 degrees. It is cooler than our Bikram classes but warm enough to help you work up a serious sweat! You can expect to burn around 600-1000 calories in one session!

Is this class suitable for beginners?

Definitely! As with all our classes, we encourage you to listen to your body and try your best as you will get better, fitter and more able with each class you attend!

What do I need to bring?

For all our classes you’ll need a yoga mat, two large towels and a bottle of water (all these items are rentable at the studio).

What are the benefits?

After your first class, you're going to feel core muscles you never knew existed, and that feeling will be amazing.
