Classes offered as 'Karma classes' may range from BYL 26&2, Yoga Sculpt, and more! The best time to look out for these classes is following the conclusion of any BYL teacher training, when graduates are looking to teach to live classes.
Rest assured, these are full on classes despite their steeply discount price tag. Perfect if you're on a budget!

MORE INFO
BYL is hosting a special 'warm up' class in advance of The UK National Yoga Sports Competition on 22 October. This class, being used as a pre-event warm up by participating competitors, is open to everyone! Double world champion and National Head Coach, Almania Colombo, will lead you through the sequence that is officially recognised by the International Yoga Sports Federation, as it goes beyond the 26&2, in developing every range of motion, and posture category: Forward bends (compression), backward bends (extension), stretches (traction), twists (torsion), lifts (arm balances) and simple inversions. The atmosphere is less formal than in a traditional Bikram beginners' class, while the movement is fast paced. This class will challenge and elevate your body, mind and spirit. You will surprise yourself and be inspired by others – and half the proceeds will go towards supporting the work of GBYSF in creating opportunities for a wider range of communities to access the many benefits of yoga.
