After years spent dabbling in and out of different styles of yoga, Jenny was introduced to her first Bikram class in 2010. It was love at first sweat, and she left the room feeling lighter and brighter and desperate to get back in!
Not only did Hot yoga/Bikram help her to become calmer, resilient and more focused, but she discovered endless mental and physical benefits, some changes subtle, but others profound.
While the classes varied from one to another, the act of moving meditation remained the same, inspiring a love for the practice that she wanted to share with those willing to try.
In 2019, she took the plunge and joined her first Hot Yoga Teacher training and has been teaching ever since. She loves teaching and watching how students grow from class to class, inspired by their strength and perseverance.
