Justine began her journey in the fitness industry 25 years ago as a Fitness Instructor/Therapist covering aerobics, step, aqua, circuit classes and personal training, which were all the rage.
As a new challenge she started practicing Iyengar Yoga about 10 years ago and this lead her to the discovery of Bikram Yoga. Her love of the yoga and with her teacher’s encouragement, she attended teacher training in Fall 2015. Now as a teacher she loves helping others start and progress along their journey.
Justine has five children and with the manic, crazy running around that a busy family brings, yoga has brought a calmness to her life and significant benefits to her body.
